head lights on all the time

i have a 96 blazer and the only way to shut the head lights off is un hook the battery , and it has push button 4 wheel drive and the only way to get it to in gage and dis ingage is turning the head lights on and off is the 4 wheel drive switch bad does anyone kno or have a answer that would point me in the right direction?

Regular head lights or daytime running lights staying on?
You need to check the daytime running light module and relay.
For holding the head lights on.
Pull fuse 16 in IP fuse box and see if they go out.
Get us know how it goes.
