06 Altima starting problem

2006 Altima, 38k miles AT

never had any problems, routine maintenence only. today came out after car had been sitting @1hr and it was dead - turn the key, nothing. the radio, lights windows all still worked but no sounds whatsoever when you turned the key. tried to jump off, nothing.

Towed to repair shop 1 hr later, it cranked fine. Tested battery, starter, altenator, everything tested fine. What else to look for? Should I continue to drive or get checked out further?
