Turn signals don't work when cold

My turn signals do not work when my 2008 Tucson is cold in the mornings. They start to work once the vehicle is warmed up but not before. The guys in the service department at my Hyundai dealership look at me like I'm nuts when I explain what's happening. Is anyone else having this problem?

Try shutting off and then turn it back on. You can even replace the flasher that means the stealership part. It is not too costly.
