Stealth won't start and the radio does not work

I have not been able to get my Stealth to start after the battery ran completely down. It sat a few months, and I had it towed. I put in a new battery, and it does not make a sound other than a click that can be heard near the console area of the passenger side inside. Also, the radio no longer works either. The lights, interior lights and horn work fine. However, the car does not start nor does the radio work. Any suggestions?

Check fuses.

I checked the fuses, and they look good from what I can tell.

Have you checked both fuse boxes, under hood and under dash?
