Wiper Switch

My wiper switch isnt working, and the previous owner has it rigged with a toggle switch at the fuse. i hate this.

While looking for a wiper switch i see that the actual switch is separate from the control arm on the steering column. Does anyone know where the switch is located, and how to change it? and if i will have to change the arm as well?

Re: Wiper Switch

The non-directional stalk switches are on the lower dash to the left of the steering column. With all the hassles I've had with the stalk type, I would have loved to have had a toggle switch with my last one. Your problem might be in the timing control unit (combined with the washer) at the wiper motor.
