02 won't move
2002 honda civic drove 1 or 2 miles with the emergency brake on. Car cuts off, when restarted it won't move tranny won't work. Used diagnostic code reader Got 2 codes P1298 and P0730 can someone PLEASE tell me in english what these codes mean and how to get the car moving again

You put into drive and hit the gas and the rpm's rev up and you go nowhere right. If so the P0730 would have to do with an incorrect gear ratio because the trans input is seeing the correct signal but because you are not moving the output is seeing the wrong anticipated signal. Worst case scenerio, you just baked the trans!

try disconnecting the negative pole of the battery for about 10 or more seconds (better is more than 30). It will reset the ECU (computer) and if it was just a safety the codes will go.
