immobiliser problems fase 2 clio 1995

hi folks i have a fase 2 clio 1.2 8v. i recently lost my onlt key for the car so replaced the ignition barrel and key. after doing so the immobiliser light jst flashes and i cant start the car. i tried replacing the e.c.u aswell so it mached the key but still no success...

the vehicle does NOT have central locking or a sensor in the roof for a blip on the key as my origional key was not chipped. so i was wandering if anyone knew how to bypass the immobiliser or wot deactivates it instead of being the central locking..

hi have u got a barrel inside ur clove box if u have this is the immobilsiser if u take tht out if u have not got the key and put the two wires together ur vehicle should start as my m8 had the same problem with his rsi clio
