fog lights

I have a 04 eclipse, and I just ordered oem replacement fog lights online, and we were going to install them, only to see that the car has no wiring harness or plug for the fog lights to be installed, and I called a local dealer who said they don't even list the part, does anyone know what I can do to get the plugs and wires? thanks
