how do i replace a control arm on a 97 honda cr-v?

i have recently acquired a great car with only one problem, it needs a new control arm. i am fairly handy and mechanically inclined....is this something i could do myself? if so, can anyone tell me how?
if it's too difficult to do on my own, does anyone have any idea how much this may cost me?
