E-320 Alarm disable

i have a mercedes E-320 1996 with 150,000 miles.The alarm broke and i want to deactivate it to turn on the car

broke how, like the remote or the actual alarm module? if it was just the remote just lock and unlock the door with the key and the alarm is deactivated. if it was the module then you need the dealer to fix it

Yopu can not deactivate the alarm on that system. It is called DAS 2 and it will shut off the fuel injectors if it thinks there is a theft issue. You probably need a new key, if that is not it you will need to go to the dealer.
