New tool for spray cans

Found these at Wal-Mart for 97 cents.

You just snap the can into the bottom, and then the trigger gives you greater control over the spray. Fits any spray can.

I use rattle cans and this looks like something that can save time/fatigue, and give better control over the paint.

Wouldn't be any use to me. I set my models up for spraying at eye level, i'd have to be double jointed to use one of these

Haven't tried it out yet but it looks like a standard fit. (Fits on Testors and regular spray pain cans, most likely Tamiya too)

It may look gimmicky but for 97 cents I guess there's not much risk. What I really want to know is if this thing will give finer control over the flow of the paint...without shelling out for an airbrush.

i think its pretty useless for spraying models, its really meant to reduce fatigue and increase control for spraying over large surfaces.

Actually these have been around for some time now. They arent necessarily useless. They are better for the bigger cans and not the hobby size cans. If you fatigue from spraying with a hobby can, you need to eat your veggies. At less than a buck, it wouldnt hurt.

I baught one of those for about a year ago. It's probably original since Krylon made it, I used it once, and kept it in the garage, I prefer holding the can.
