94 gc idles rough and has a slight miss

Hi I recently bought a 94 gcl. It drove fine for about 2 mos. then it started to idel rough on start up and for about 10 min. after. Eventually it would go away and drive fine. After parking it for a couple hours and then starting it again it would idle rough once more and then go away.

Now it idels rough all the time. It will not stop now. I replaced the pcv valve and it is a little better but not much.

I took it to a shop and they seemed to think it was a clogged injector because of how rough it idled.

I used a stehascope and listened to the injectors and they seem to be getting voltage.

Anyone have any idea what this is? I love the jeep and would like to fix this.
