Security system PLEASE HELP

I have a 1993 sedan de ville and my security system is enabled. the light is on and when i try to start the car nothing happens. I have plenty of power throughout the system. i had to unplug my horns because neighbors were getting upset. How can i disable the security system on this car.... Please help

The system is sensing the wrong key code. Be sure the key is Ok. Have it checked for sure. Next, if that fails, the theft deterent relay may be sticking or the theft deterent module is shot, the relay (somewhere in trunk area, #1 relay on the micro relay panel) activates the horn, tap it and see if things work better. Pull its connector and see if the light goes out and car starts. If this fails need to find out where the theft deterent module is. That module I'm not sure about where it is, You may need to replace it. Not sure if car will start if you just disconnect it. But still be sure the key (encoded) is functional. If you have 2 keys and neither turns the thing off then I got a feeling the theft deterent module is shot. The light tells you the module is NOT sensing the correct key to start the car, the relay should just turn on the horn when the module sends it a signal, so the relay may not be the culprit, hope this helps a bit.-----did more work on this----- theft module should be the second box from upper left in the trunk(left side) area, the relay is in a bunch of stuff just below and left of the module, these may be covered by felt, several very small micro relays in there (altogether) you need the 1st relay. I sort of doubt the relay is it. I hope its a key problem.

i bought a new key, and car will still not start.i tore the trunk apart and can not find any modules for the security system. it is a 1993 deville. i would like any help with this please!!!!!!
