2000 Cavalier Hesitation

This car was good until it started have problems. It started out as light hesitations and worked its way up to be really bad. Couldnt drive it at all. I took it to the GM dealership to find the problem. Took it there twice. They told me I needed a new fuel pump. So I went out and got a pump and a new fuel filter. I installed it and next day I was having the same problem. That was 3 weeks ago. It sat in the GM shop for 3 weeks. They told me it was going to be the injectors. Turns out not to be. Then it was the ignition module. Then it wasnt. I bought one... and it turns out that its not the problem. Then they started testing the PCM. They replaced it and they said it worked fine. I picked up 2 days ago and that very night I had the same problem. Im at a loss with this car. I dont know where else to go. Does anyone have any Idea or clue as to what I can do? Or what I can Change?
Any Help Would Be Great!

mix water and alcohol in a bottle and spray it on the spark plug wires and then start the car put it in drive with your foot on the brake peddle and give it lots of gas and see if it shugs if it does change wires

They are new wires. Got them a month after I got the car.
