I hate electrical, any Ideas

It's a 05 Z71, both my power seats, heated seats, and both passenger windows stopped working all at the same time. I found a burnt out MAXI fuse under the hood and replaced it but it blows once I try to do anything. Any ideas on how to diagnose this or anyone know what it is? thanks.

disconnect all the devices then one by one connect until it blows again...

I made A lot of money repairing transportation vehicles with electrical problems Just relax and think ....its a matter of elimiation and the proper use of test equiptment...
