Which Exhaust should I get?

Which Exhaust should I get? I don't know which one to get! I want it to sound just like the Eclipse on Fast and the Furious, but nobody know which king of exhaust that is. I want it to sound high pitched and very loud. Please help! And Does anybody know why I cant put a Greddy Evo on a GSX! I don't know why!:bandit:

Do you want a fart can muffler, cant help you there, but I would get a Greddy exhaust from what I've heard they sound the best without the cheap sound. Something you should look into are the Nur Spec Exhausts dont know what makes they offer but would love to hear one.

Tanabe are loud and so are the Apex N1, i say the apex is your best bet although its a little deeper. I have a Tsudo(5zigen fireball) and its great.

Get an exhaust from a dedicated DSM aftermarket company. A lot of the mainstream company's exhausts have pre mufflers or resonators. Just get a straight pipe with a muffler or resonator.

I have to agree with Spectrum on the fact that the Main DSM companies dont have resonators and shit. However, their mufflers tend to be, how should I put it, UGLY as SHIT....Resonators are put on to lower the dB level and make them legal (if that actually matters really). I use to have the Greddy PE exhaust on my old 95 GSX and I loved it. I was very deep sound, roared at WOT and at 3k rpms crusing, it shook the car. Other than that exhaust, I've put 2 other brands on customers cars, Tanabe Racing Medallion and the Apexi N1. The apexi n1 is the best over all exhaust i think (but thats only if you like the muffler). It has a hot muffler and comes 3" for the GSX's and has a very nice sound. Good luck with what exhaust you choose...

PS: I now have the Apexi N1 on my Supra

RnR's exhaust is a nice 3 inch with a muffler that looks like a N-1 with just a 3 inch tip, and a 4 inch option that will make it look like the N-1 exactly.

I've never heard of RnR??? Do you mean RSR? If so, then that exhaust has been discontinued...

sorry but from that pic, that muffler looks ugly. also if you add everything up, its like paying the apexi price anyway and you still dont get the same looks.

You have to select straight though muffler as an option, just scroll down next time.

It looks like this

Pic

PS if your worried that is does look like an N1, you're probably a ricer and do not care about the performance gains over the N1. It’s a much better design and doesn't have pre-mufflers or resonators that ricers love so much.

They look fine with the silencer in, and you would probably have to weld it on, unless it says bolt on. Would you be putting it on your stock exhaust?
