help me get this peice to idle.

just got a 93 accord, idles alright, but when put into gear idles very low and shakes, and if the air is on when you come to stop the car will die. I have searched on here a bit, and read a few things. anyways, the things I have done, (not all for the idle, just to do it). Ive pulled the plugs and they all look good, checked the gaps and they are all fine. I pulled the wires when it was running and all 4 cylinders are hitting. I adjusted the timing, it was off a few degrees, and while adjusting it (cant remember now but Im pretty sure I advanced it to bring it to spec) the idle became a bit better. I took off the cap and the rotor had tons of play, not slop on the shaft, it fits tight, but the flat spot on the shaft doesnt directly contact the flat spot in the rotor. theres grooves like somethign fit into the rotor to take up the space, I just cut a peice of flashing and slid it in, and it took up all the free play, so I readjusted the timing as it had moved maybe a degree or a little more is all I bet. I also took the EACV off and tried to clean the screen as best I could. I also took the fast idle thermo valve (I think, the other sensor to the right of the EACV on the intake manifold. anyways I took the cover off and screwed the plastic thing inside down all the way. (I know in civics/tegs the deal under the TB can be taken apart and the plastic peice inside screwed down and it gets rid of the high idle problem) so i figured Id try it.

and I then did what the book says and unplugged the eacv, and then tried to turn the screw on the TB to get the idle within spec. but I can screw it in and lower the idle, but I can back it all the way out and the idle will never climb high enough.

I dont know if theres a way to test the EACV or FITV, Im pretty sure the EACV works because it runs way different without it, but working properly? I dont know.

it now starts pretty good(did not before) and idles good in park or neutral, but put it in gear and the idle drops real low and the car shakes pretty bad. and if you turn on the lights the idle suffers, I know theres something that changes the idle based on electrical load but not sure where that is. book also states something about an air conditioning idle boost valve? wheres that?

I am going out to adjust the valves right now because they sound pretty loud.

and also the ecu isnt throwing any codes with now but the D light is blinking, but havent seen in the book what those codes are.
