Power seat removal

I own a 1995 Dodge Intrepid. The power driver's seat will not move forward or back. The motor runs, however the seat does not move. I attempted to remove the seat, but the seat is stuck in the furthest rear position, and covering the rear mounting bolts. Is there any way of moving the seat up manually to expose the rear mounting bolts for removal? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
