Angry 2001 blazer missing

Help, I have a 2001 chevy blazer that is missing. It has the 4.3 liter v-6,
it only misses between 2-3 thousand rpm and it also has to be stone cold. Once it warms up the miss goes away. It started after i did a tune up(rotor cap, dis. cap, plugs, wires) I have since tried changning the coil (no change) and the ignition contol module(no change) Any ideas???
