Fuel pump and foglight circuits

I am trying to figure out whether the foglights and the fuel pump run on the same circuit. Now my question is whether the BCM may have something to do with either of them causing electrical gobblins and mayhem?

Anyone know if this is true, or have any suggestions as to how the foglights can cause the fuel pump to not get juice?
