heater blowing but no heat

Hello Folks...1st time user...Jeep 2000 Grand Cherokee...blows out air but no heat when on HI...had a relay switch changed recently due to overheating...any ideas what problem might be??...Thanks

OK...got an update...passenger side is OK...warm air comes out fine...driver side blows out cold air only...is it is baffle problem or a switch problem??...any help would be greatly appreciated...thanks

Limited or Laredo? If it's a Limited with the Auto AZC system it sounds like the blend door issue, more info here:
