1940 Chevrolet SD Complete Driver Train
Friend just purchased a 1940 Special Deluxe 4 door. Took delivery of the car on Thursday, it started 1st try and sounds great with no smoke. He will remove the entire drive train & replace with a 350 and modern running gear including rear-end.
Anyone have a use for a complete running 6 cylinder (216 ci) engine, transmission (stuck in gear), drive shaft and rear end. The odometer shows 99K, the engine appears original. Carburetor is not original.
