Digital dash red turbo light not going on

Digital dash red turbo light not going on, just the orange one lights up.

I just had my 87 Grand National with 24k miles one it, Just in for serviced and now the red boost light is not going on. Does anyone have any ideas on waht it can be?
The owner manual says :
Two lights glow to show the extent of the turbo boost upon medium or heavy acceleration the orange or red light will light up red indicating the maximum degree of intake.

I found out what it was. Its called a Hobbs switch located on the passenger side fender. It has two prongs like and outlet and its hooked up to vacume. It fixed my problem.
