Suspension leveling

I have a 01 2500 v10 and the front coil springs seem to be sagging a lot. 7 ½” front and 12”+ rear. I have a large plow and I think over time it has caused me to lose my ride height. So my question is should I just buy stock springs to replace these or will the stock springs not level me out anyway. The v10 is really heavy. I had the same truck with a 360 and it sat a lot higher. I was thinking to compensate for the heavy motor I could get some 2” Lift springs to lever the truck out. I obviously don’t want the front to end up higher then the back. Any advice anyone else had this problem?
