2001 mustang gt wheel lug nut torque specs?

What are the torque specifications for a 2001 mustang gt? Should i use the star patern? And can i properly torque the wheels without a torque wrench? I have the stock tire iron, breaker bar, and a 4 way tire iron.

Thanks
