90 s10 blazer idles rough

I have a 1990 s 10 blazer rough idle spits and sputters when u take off like starving for gas throwing code 32 witch is egr i changed egr 3 times still code 32 egr ive changed throttle body fuel filter sparkplugs wires cap rotor idle sensor map sensor mechanic said my cat hasnt got hot so its not the cat when cold it runs ok still sputters when driving at 100 km pr hr it runs awesome compression is 150 even i think if i remember corectly checked for vacuum leaks and havnt found any im stumped and broke lol plz help me thank you for this site sorry i forgot to say it is 4.3 liter v6 motor was changed before i got the truck so i have no idea what yr the motor is i think 91

Electric or vacuum egr valve?

Check the engine vacuum at idle and at 2K rpm and post back readings.
How is the fuel pressure?
Good hot blue spark to all spark plugs?
Any dead cylinders or engine miss?
Can you feel a miss at idle or on the road?
Is the dist shaft lose?
Have you checked the base timing?

Hi there thanks for your reply Distributor is tight timing is good 0 degrees tdc I dont have acces to vacum or fuel pressure guages egr is vacuum there is noticable miss at idle not when running down road just at idle when constant speed on highway it slows down looses power but if i hammer it to floor it takes off and goes like hell feels like it running out of gas took fuel line off and looks like there is good fuel pressure unfortunatly my tools are limited and money depleted so i cant even go to garage have to do myself no choice thx for your help much appreaciated

Check for which cylinder is missing.Check spark plug and wire to that cylinder to start with.
