02 EnvoyA/C Display has Nothing and doesn't work

Have an 02 Envoy, my wife calls and said that the digital A/C controller has no display, and nothing happens when she selects to turn on A/C. I got home from work and checked batt cables, fuses, even swapped relays, still nothing. Everything else works like a champ, except the A/C. She said it happened the other day and then just came back on all of a sudden. Any ideas? I hope it's not the HVAC don't feel like taking that one where the sun don't shine. I also have a five month old that has to ride in there in the afternoons, so ANY help is AWSOME, got to watch out for my little man!!!!

Nevermind, I got it fixed last night. I pulled the hvac fuses under the back jump seat fuse box, cranked the car up for about three minutes, and then installed. Everything came back up as soon as I put the fuses in, but one of the actuators were stuck and only the defrost would blow HOT air. Cycled the engine off/on, moc ok!!
