97 3.1 to 3.8

k first off i have read a few threads about this and have seen that alot of people say that alot of parts are needed.

my 97 lumina has 285kms on it and its getting tired to say the least, i have a 98 lumina ltz with 164kms on it this car however is not road worthy, it was sitting for years and needs alot of work to get back on the road. the engine from this car runs like a dream, very tight and solid. i am just wondering what problems i will run into i know the ltz has dual exhuasts and i will need to change the trans, will the tranny mount up to the axels and so forth i know they are different so i am not sure. also i know the ecu will need to be swapped over any problems there ?

any input on this is greatly appreciated

Thanks, Joe

Wire harness, pcm, subframe, trans, radaitor, possible axles, not sure. Exhaust system, I'd look for a running 98/99 LTZ first.
