5 bolt flange

on the product description of my turbo kit, it mentioned something about a increased horsepower o2 sensor spot on the manifold or something like that. then i noticed that the 5 bolt flange covers a hole that is about 3/4in in diameter. is this for an internal wastegte setup or for an o2 sensor to go? i think teh sensor would get way to hot being on the turbine right?

We talking like this?

If you're talking the smaller hole, that's for the internal WG. The O2 sensor goes in the downpipe or the O2 housing coming right off the turbo.
