Unhappy Fuel Troubles on my 1987 S10

1987 GMC S15
2.8L Throttle Body EFI

Well, I appear to be having trouble getting fuel to the engine of my truck. I am guessing that it is the fuel pump because it will run as long as I pour the gas into the engine. However, before I do the dirty work by dropping the tank, I was wanting to know is there a relay or fuse anywhere that I can check? Also, is there a test lead?

I checked under the dash and cannot find a fuse. Also, I read that the test wire was on/near the drivers fender. I cannot seem to find it.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Re: Fuel Troubles on my 1987 S10

Fused by EMC Battery fuse no 9.
Fuel pump relay on left inner fender panel.
Check fuel pump for 12 volts to it engine canking or key on 2 second prime up.

Also check oil pressure switch for proper fuel pump operation.
