stablizer bar broke quick advice
hey guys sorry i havnt been on so long, its a long story, life has been good (i think?) been too busy to really stop long enough to think about it. Heres the question. I broke a stablizer bar on a jeep, need to fix it asap. It broke by the upper ball joint. Essentially i have the nut off the top of the ball joint, but the ball removed itself from it's housing in hte lower assembly. Lower half of the bar is off...nut holding the ball in place is off, but the damn ball and the bolt it's welded to, wont slide out. Now are these things screwed in? I'm thinking no, and i just have to be rougher with it, but if they are could someone help me out. It's an early 2000s wrangler if it makes a difference.
Thanks, Geoff
