1/24 venturi tubes
What does everyone here use to simulate the venturi tubes in old carbs. The R&M GTO engine kit has a piece of brass tubing that you trim to size. Anyone know where to get this sort of tubing? In all of my experience with starnge hobbies Ive never come across anything like that before. Help

Re: 1/24 venturi tubes
Hi, welcome to AF!
sorry for my bad english, i don't know what a venturi tube is... but if it's brass tubing you're looking for, look under the tag "K & S engr" in your area for their full range of whatever tubings you want; brass, aluminium etc... hope this helps...

Re: 1/24 venturi tubes
I think he is referring to the small tubes inside of the carburator openings:
![]() I replicated these by using a small plastic brass-colored bead that they sell at Michaels Hobby Store.

Re: 1/24 venturi tubes
K, I found these at my local hobby store and the smallest tube is too large for venturi tubes. What does everyone else use?
