Angry Auto tranny

I been trying to find out for myself about automatic transmission for civic 92-95 second shift limit, my car is a DX with EX engine D16Z6 and at WOT with the shift lever in second shift it shifts by itself at 5k rpm's. Does anybody knows if the tranny is the problem? Where can i find automatic transmission specifications?

Re: Auto tranny

The dx never had a tach if you put one in it make's it better, sorry for the previous owners who couldn't see one but 1hr at the jy you'll have it like factory. Dx lx auto trans have mechanically driven low redlines compared to ex you'll need the ex auto trans or a ex 5spd conversion, you must have a p28 ecu for auto if auto
