2003 Malibu Governor HELP!

I cannot seem to find out how to disable the governor on my 2003 Malibu.

Can someone please give me some tips or information. As far as I can gather, this will require possibly flashing a chip or reprograming the computer.

Correct the pcm would need to be reflashed, limit is there because of tire s and drivetrain reliability
