what brand names are you using

I have a 96 blazer 4.3L and im buying all the parts to take in for a tune-up
Im changing all the usual suspects,(FF, Plugs,wires,cap&rotor,pcv,AF)..was wondering what brand names are being used with these parts. Im buying AC Delco Plat. plugs but do i really need to buy Delco everything?

Was also looking at changing all the O2 sensors.. delco or bosch or ??

thanks for any suggestions

Re: what brand names are you using

Another place to get plugwires is from your nearest Carquest parts store and get the top of the line plug wires.I have seen nothing but problems with plugwires from AutoZone and Advanced, they sell the cheapest garbage out there and skip on quality. You can get the fuel filter at any parts store,I use fuel filters from Carquest and never had a problem with one yet.I do not trust anything made by Bosch including my father, they make junk and Bosch is a non profit company. My local Snap On dealer knows someone that worked at Bosch and was not worth working there.

Re: what brand names are you using

Use AC Delco 91-993 platinum plugs only. For cap and rotor, use AC Delco if you can or Accell. For wires, use Taylor or MSD. PCV and fuel filter, I have used both Fram and AC Delco and never had an issue. For a stock drop in air filter, Fram will work fine or you can change to a K&N or other high performance filter, just don't over oil it. Bosch O2 sensors would be a good choice, I just replaced my front 2. Thats really the only good product they make.
