oil pressure/ cabin air filter

on my 2000 park ave i was wondering if anybody has had the experience of changing the cabin air filter i know where it is located and have tried to remove it but with no luck and not wanting to break anything.. another question on my driver info center my oil pressure reads 129 psi NORMAL???? I know that is also not the correct pressure
and the battery voltage reading is always alot lower than the actual at the battery... and when i put down the drivers side power window the blower motor stops and sometimes the driver info center will go blank and the dome light will come on for a few seconds but if you gauge the actual battery no major change while this is happening????? any suggestions.......

thank you

dont know about your cabin air filter but the electrical problem sound like a bad connection somewhere. Since the systems your describing will be on sepreate fuses on the +12 side I'd be looking for a poor ground somewhere in the cabin. some where in another post there was mention of a ground bus located under the drivers side sill. this was effecting the power windows and a couple other problems. not sure if its located in the same place for all years of the park avenue but could be a good place to start.
