window issues - driver's side is the only control that works

So among my other issues, my windows can only be controlled from the drivers side control....my lock is not on...So I know that i need to check my connection, but how do I get to under the control to check it out? looks like it is glued pretty tight in, is there a screw or something i am missing?

Thanks!

Pull hard from the bottom side, the side closest to the door handle if you were sitting in the drivers seat.

Dont pull from the top side or youll break the plastic clip.

Its actually not glued on, but uses a plastic tab and a big metal clip to keep it in place. But it will just pop off, and all the other doors are the same way.
