2 things, I have had 3 s-10 vehicle, from 2.8 to 4.3, Right now I have an 88 4x4 s-10 Blazer, do all of the a/c compressors make so much noise and vibration, or is there a problem here. #2 I have heard mixed opinions about the torque keys for raising vehicle ride heights, I want maybe 2", is the torque keys a bad idea, feedback please.

Re: need opinions here

1)
A/C compressors do not make that much noise and vibration, it depends, I can't really draw a conclusion on here, have never seen it or heard it run, maybe yours is on its way out.

2)
You can raise it up by torquing the bars up a little, many have done it and do date, I havn't heard of any problems. Should be alright.
