scratches and scuffs

I have been at the coast working for a while parking in the trees and scraping the bushes and have understandably ended up with some scratches and scuffs in my paint ranging from long mild scuffs to small scratches to the metal. What is the best way to fix paint blemishes from light to severe?

Without seeing how deep they are, there are many grades of buffing and polishing techniques using a power buffer. A body shop should give you the necessary advice.
