I have a 2000 740il with 123,000 miles. At 75,000 I had to replace one of the two VANOS units and now it has failed again. Should this happen at 48,000 miles? This was replaced by a reputable after market BMW repair shop.
Also, on the same car I replaced the water pump at 85,000 miles and now have had to replace it again 38,000 miles later. Should this have happened in this short a period? Thanks |
