Laguna Sat nav disc

I recently purchased a used 2006 Laguna initiale with the built-in sat nav, however the disc was missing. I've approached renault (via my nearest main dealer) and the numerous discs they have supplied have not worked, the sat nav simply says "disc read error- insert original dvd rom". This has stumped my main dealer. Do i need to have the original disc that came with the car? Everything else on the system works fine (the stereo and phone) and the system is the cabasse auditorium. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Here might be 2 discs: map CD or CD for nav language changing. You can use all correctly burned map CD's (with your location). Maybe map CD disc is copied? Who issued this CD?
If you wish to change language, you must use modification of software fitted for your nav system (here is few modifications, you can check it in your nav "Expert mode', code 4112).
