rad fan not working

i just bought a 1989 probe but it over heats because the fan doesnt turn on. does any one have any advise?

Put your finger on the fan relay and feel if it clicks. If it clicks check the connection at the fan motor for power. If it has power tap the motor with a small hammer if it runs buy a new motor. If it doesn't run check the other side of the terminal for a ground. If no ground is found buy a wiring diagram.
