Blue smoke is burning oil.

I would wonder how much oil the car is using? How often do you need to add a quart.
Becasue: Making a wild guess, I would think the oil hitting the catylytic converter in normal use is being totally oxidized --but after 5 minutes of idling, the cat. conv cools off enough that some of the oil gets past without being oxidized enough to be colorless.

i really dont add oil, thats why i was thinking it had something to do with fuel, the car does not smoke any other time.
