IPDM Problem?

I just bought a 2003 Altima, it's the 3.5 version. The dealer told us that there is a problem with the AC and running lights, and that it would be fixed by replacing the IPDM. They have ordered the part from Nissan and will be installing it Tuesday. Well we were stupid, and in a rush, and didn't realize until we got home that the headlights, taillights and windshield wipers don't work either. We looked it up, and apparently the IPDM relays power to all those systems. That made my husband all warm and fuzzy inside, knowing that it will be replaced on Tuesday. But I'm still rather upset and unnerved. I'm wondering if anybody has had this problem, and if you think replacing the IPDM will in fact fix all of the issues: the AC, running, head and taillights, and the wipers. (we did check the wiper fuse, and it was fine). Or should we go back tomorrow and demand they take the car back? I don't want to be dealing with a mountain of issues right off the lot.
