Power window problems V70 wagon

I have a 98 V70 wagon and the passenger side rear window will not work. Neither the switch at the drivers door or the one at the window itself will work. I did pull off the panel and the motor will work if you put 12v to it. I understand that there is a circut breaker on the back windows somewhere that I should check. Can anyone give me some direction on where to start troubleshooting this problem? Thanks, Tim
