Update on my car
My cars been in teh shop for almost 2 weeks now and i'm getting really anxious to get it back. Heres what has been replaced/done: carb rebuilt (some sludge was found in it), throttle position sensor replaced, "i don't know what its called" but he replaced this pump that has 3 or 4 hoses coming off of it thats mounted at the front of the carb and the valve inside that was gone. ALL of this and he said it STILL isn't running right!! I would have thought something as serious as rebuilding the carb would have solved it! At this point i have no clue what it could be but hopefully the mechanic can solve it.

Re: Update on my car
Do a cyclinder leak down test to determine if there is a weak cyclinder.

Re: Update on my car
My bets are still on a vacuum leak. All symptoms point right to it.
