Cheapest way to buy NEW cars in USA

Hi, please advise on what's the best (legal ) way to buy a new unregustered vehicle in USA (Honda, Mazda). Are there alternatives to buying from main dealers?

Thanks.

Trying to read into your question - if your thinking import to UK - it's not going to happen

The purpose is not to import to the UK, but to another country. I just want to find a way to be able to buy brand new Mazda or Honda unplated/unregistered for as little as possible, hence I would like to seek opinions of other members - is buying from the main dealer the cheapest method? For instance in the UK it is cheaper to buy direct from another EU country, at least that is the word on the street, but I have no interest, because US prices seem to be the cheapest considering USD exchange rates against the EUR.
