Re: fuel pumps

there is a relay up in the engine bay. That could be bad.

Re: fuel pumps

What brand is the fuel pump?If it is an Airtex or Carter, take it back and get your money back.Airtex and Carter pumps are junk.Bosch pumps are junk too.The Delphi pump is the way to go,from your nearest Carquest parts store or the dealer.

Re: fuel pumps

Its more of a fuse than a relay. Its in the back L-shaped box on the driver side. Look at the diagram which says fuel pump, yank it, take to auto parts store and get new one. Re-install.

I got an Airtex pump sitting in my basement. But I am throwing that pump out and replacing it with a Racetronix racing fuel pump. Only got the other one as a sending unit.. ha ha.
