Megane Dci Doesnt Start, Help

I own 2001 renault megane dci dynamique, its a nightmare car, all the shocks replaced, turbo fixed, and now another problem. drove to work ,after 8 hours shift went back to my car and it didnt start, it makes a noise as it is about to start but it doesnt, had a diagnostic done at renault garage they said high and low pressure pumps, got them done in the local cheaper garage that renautl(renault wanted £1200), and still nothing, aa guys check that car from the top to the bottom - didnt find anything, gave up, just towed me back home, its been a month already, please anyone help!!!!!
