The idle is fluctuating from 1000rpm to 1500 rpm. When we turn on the lights, the idle problem goes away. The ECU is throwing code 14. The idle problem only starts after the engine is warmed up. We have done a complete tune up and replaced the IACV. Got any ideas what's wrong ? Dan

check all your vacuum lines. the jumping idle is alot of the time due to a vacuum leak.

go on www.4thgenerationcivic.com it has ECU codes on there and it will tell u wot one it is......
